Chalkwell Park, Leigh on Sea

A recently completed rear extension in the heart of Leigh on Sea. This extension used burnt larch as an external material and we incorporated a picture window seat for views over the garden.

Internally, the large floor tiles give the feeling of a concrete floor, and the recessed roof lights are lined with plywood. The feel is modern and minimal.
